Noxera Inspect
Mobile app · Inspector
Evidence, photos and sign-offs captured on site, synced back in real time.
The Platform
Adopt the capabilities you need, and connect the systems you already run.
Every capability works off the same trusted operational record: one evidence chain, one set of statutory clocks. On top sit three role-shaped experiences for the desk, the field, and the job site, so every role gets the view that matters to them.
The Platform
Your platforms feed the core. Where you have a gap, a Noxera capability feeds it instead. Either way, every event is received, stamped with ownership, statutory clocks, and evidence, then given back to the right people.
Most providers run a housing management system and connect Noxera to it. Where there are gaps (no inspection app, no contractor app, no structured resident comms) Noxera's own capabilities fill them, on the same operational record.
Adopt what you're missing. Connect what you have.
Pricing is per home, per module, so you only pay for the pieces you switch on.
The desk, the field, and the job site, all working off the same operational record.
Mobile app · Inspector
Evidence, photos and sign-offs captured on site, synced back in real time.
Web · Ops manager and admin
Raise and approve work, track statutory deadlines, and report, from one view.
Mobile app · Contractor
Update progress and close jobs from any site, keeping the whole team in sync.
The Noxera way
The statutory clock starts at the moment of awareness, when the issue is reported, not when a work order is raised. At every stage Noxera enforces who owns it and what has to happen next.
Step 1
HA Admin
Logs the case and starts the statutory clock on report.
Step 3
Inspector
Photos and location captured on site, attached to the case file.
Step 5
Ops Manager
Evidence verified, record locked. RSH-ready audit trail.
Step 2
Ops Manager
Records HHSRS rating, sets the Awaab's Law deadline, and assigns an inspector.
Step 4
Contractor
Remediates within the statutory window. Each action evidenced and gated.
How it fits
Noxera doesn't rip out what works. It connects to the systems you already have, so you get one view across them without moving your data.
What Noxera connects to
Integration is met at its own level: some points we only read, some we read and write. And the honest status: our connectors are in development, and none is in production with a live customer yet. We will name the live ones here the day they are, and not before.
Why a neutral layer
This isn't a claim that the tools you own are bad. It's a claim about what each kind of system is structurally able to see, and where a compliance case actually falls apart.
Noxera is deliberately not your system of record, not your contractor network, and not a single-process tool. We have no reason to prefer one of your systems over another. That neutrality is the product, not a stage we're passing through, and it is what makes filling a gap safe rather than a suite pitch in disguise: run our inspection app and we still don't own your property, tenancy or financial data.
Capabilities
Each capability works on top of the systems you already run, off the same operational record. Where you have no system at all, it fills the gap instead.
Adopt standalone, or connect to what you run
Statutory obligations tracked, with the evidence behind them.
Classify incoming cases and start the right clock.
Coordinate operations and monitor risk in one view.
Trusted field evidence. Common gap: no inspection app.
Contractors and work delivery. Common gap: no contractor app.
Residents kept informed. Common gap: no structured comms.
Risks and recommendations from the record you already hold.
Always runs over your system of record
What was inspected, what failed, what was fixed and when, built up over your asset system. Your register stays the source of truth for stock and ownership.
Noxera does not offer a housing management system, and it does not replace your asset register. Those stay your system of record, and the compliance evidence we assemble is only defensible if they do. Anything we can run standalone, we say so. Anything that has to sit over your record, we say that too.
What You Get
Four numbers your board already asks about, and where each one comes from once the record is connected.
Awaab's Law timescale adherence
The share of hazard cases resolved inside the statutory window. Every case carries its own clock from the moment of awareness, so this is a figure you report rather than estimate.
Average days, reported to complete
Not raised to complete. Measured from when the resident first told you, which is the point the law measures from and the point most systems cannot see.
Maladministration findings
Complaints upheld against you, and what evidence existed when they were investigated. A complete timeline is the difference between a finding and a defence.
Admin hours per repair
Time spent chasing updates, re-keying between systems and reconstructing history. The cost that never appears on a repairs budget but sits in every team's week.
See what's outstanding, overdue, or at risk, without relying on manual status checks or piecing updates together.
Keep proof of action, case history, and compliance records in one place, so you can respond with confidence when it matters.
Get Started
Tell us about your organisation and we'll put together your onboarding plan. Setup runs alongside your existing systems, with no rip-and-replace, and you start with a scoped paid pilot on success criteria we agree in writing before it begins.
